Hayward's Acquisition of Kripsol Group

Dear colleagues,

Hayward Industries, Inc. has acquired the Kripsol Group, a manufacturer of residential and commercial swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, ladders, lights, chlorinators and white goods. Founded in 1988, Kripsol is headquartered in Yuncos, Spain and promotes its products around the world under the Kripsol and Fiberpool brands. Manufacturing facilities are based in Yuncos, Hernani and Olerdola, Spain. This European manufacturing base will help Hayward deliver high service levels to our European customers and is consistent with Hayward's lean supply chain strategy of locating manufacturing close to customers.

We are thrilled to have the Kripsol group of companies join the Hayward family. By offering a combination of exceptional United States and European quality engineered and manufactured products, we are strengthening Hayward products and services for our customers in Europe and around the world.

Kripsol will continue to operate as a separate entity. The joining of these two great organizations will provide a positive transformation for our company and employees. Please join me in welcoming the Kripsol employees into the Hayward family and look forward to future updates on Kripsol.
