Hayward's Quik-Ship Program for Actuated BYV Series Butterfly Valves

Hayward Flow Control announces the launch of its new Quik-Ship program for Actuated BYV Series Butterfly Valves. The Quik-Ship program of products are Ready for Shipment within one day of ordering from Hayward. Hayward's industry leading BYV Series will be the first of its valve products to be available for Quik-Ship orders.
With the Quik-Ship program, customers will be able to order pre-assembled actuated BYV Series butterfly valves as outlined in the QSP-01 price list. Hayward customers will have a choice of the HRS Series or ECP Series electric actuators, as well PMD4/PMS4 or PCD/PCS pneumatic actuators. All BYV Series valves will feature a PVC body and disc with EPDM or Viton® liners.

- BYV Series butterfly valves sizes 2" – 8" depending on actuation selection
- BYV Series with PVC body and PVC disc
- Choice of EPDM or Viton® liners
- Includes Pneumatic and Electric actuators
- GFPP or Anodized Aluminum actuator housing
- HRS and ECP Series Electric actuators include two auxiliary switches and
anti-condensation heater as standard
- Spring Return or Double Acting Pneumatic actuators
- Direct mount assembly on most sizes for compact assembly

Typical applications or installations include but are not limited to municipal waste and water treatment, clean water technology, chemical transfer and processing, aquatic and animal life support systems, mining and mineral processing, metal plating / surface finishing, marine, pulp and paper, landfills / environmental infrastructure and other demanding applications.
